By completing and submitting the entry form below you hereby agree to all of the following terms and conditions. This drawing is for a Vacation Giveaway consisting of a 7-day Bahamas and Florida Cruise for two (2) people on Norwegian Cruise Lines.

1. 1. Entry form must be completed in full and submitted to Cruise One at Berks Bridal Expo 2011 on January 9th, 2011. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win, nor will any purchase or payment improve the odds of winning.
2. 2. Entrants to this contest must be 21 years of age or older and are responsible for all travel documents that may be necessary for the cruise. Employees of Kennedy Enterprises, Inc., Cruise One, their immediate family members and individuals involved in any aspect of the Contest are not eligible. One entry per household.
3. 3. Only one winner will be selected from completed forms at conclusion of Expo (approximately 4:00pm). Winner need not be present for drawing to win. Once winner is confirmed as being compliant with terms and conditions of "Vacation Giveaway" he/she will be notified by Cruise One. Winner will be provided with a Certificate for "Vacation Giveaway" to redeem at time of booking with Cruise One. In the event Cruise One does not receive a response from the Winner within a reasonable time period, an alternate winner will be selected by Cruise One and notified in the same manner as above.
4. 4. Winner will be required to complete affidavits of eligibility and liability releases. Kennedy Enterprises, Inc. and Cruise One in their sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process. Decisions of Kennedy Enterprises, Inc. and Cruise One officials are final. Prize(s) are not transferable.
5. 5. The cruise requires advance reservations and is subject to availability. Some dates may be blacked out. Cruise One reserves the right to offer an alternative vacation of equal. The cruise must be redeemed by December 31, 2012.
6. 6. Winner's acceptance of prize constitutes agreement for Kennedy Enterprises, Inc to use his or her name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, city and state, for advertising purposes, in all forms of media now and hereafter known, throughout the universe, without compensation.
7. 7. The Contest does not include taxes, port charges, government fees, transportation to and from port of departure, transfers, excursions, and miscellaneous expenses such as gratuities and travel insurance.
8. 8. This offer is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. This cruise cannot be exchanged for cash or monetary consideration and cannot be resold, transferred or reproduced. This cruise offer is considered void if bartered at any time or sold to the Winner.
9. 9. By participating in this Contest the winner and traveling companion agree that neither Cruise One nor Kennedy Enterprises, Inc. will be held liable for any actual or potential losses, including without limitation, compensatory or consequential damages, whether in contract or in tort, by either persons or property, arising out of this contest, the vacation, or in connection therewith.
10. 10. By entering you agree that disputes related to this Contest will be governed by Pennsylvania law, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction thereof by Pennsylvania's courts.
